Here are some recent commissioned suncatchers that I made for a customer as gifts for their grandkids.
I admit that I have been lax is updating this website for some time. For the few that are following me, sorry about that. The show at the Mechanicsburg High School on 10/26/13 went well. I also did a small local Holiday Craft Fair at the Masonic Lodge in Mechanicsburg as a fill in for the last minute on 11/23/13 as a result of the cancellation of the Pumpkin Fest in East Pennsboro due to heavy rains several days before the event (11/09/13).
Several things have been happening, the biggest being a remodel of our recreation room and main bath from September into October. Although the contractor did most of the work, there were several smaller jobs that I needed to complete to keep things moving and on schedule. The room turned out great and we are happy with the results. Because of that, some of my volunteer duties and the holidays, I have not been concentrating on my glass work as much. I have several small commission jobs that I need to finish in the next week or so, but I will not be doing much glass work until after the holidays. I also have a couple of small home projects that need attention soon also. That is the great thing about being your own boss, you can work or not work when you want!
I will be at the Central Dauphin High School Craft Show on April 5th. More details to follow. This is always a great show with many vendors. They have listened to the vendors and given us bigger spaces which will mean a slight reduction in the number of vendors, but it should not affect the show.
And as always, I am open to doing commission pieces made to your specifications and budget. I do not have this web site set up and secured for financial transactions, but if you wish to purchase anything from my PRODUCT PAGE , want a commission piece or just need more information, please contact me @ email@example.com. I do accept most major credit cards for transactions over $25, but my personal favorite always is cash or check.
